Each candidate’s signature on the application commits him or her to accept the entire regulations,
the competition procedure, and the Jury’s judgment, as well as provide their consent to DL 30.6.2003 nr 196, the Italian law regarding the use of personal data for conducting the competition and relative artistic promotion.
In case of dispute, the only legally valid text shall be the original text in Italian.
Only the Low Courts of Brescia have the right to deliberate if any controversey arises.
